Our mind needs books like a sword needs a grindstone, so as not to be blunted, wrote the American writer George Martin. The Scientific Library also supports the words of this writer and on October 27 this year, in order to increase interest in books and popularize reading among young people, held an unprecedented campaign, distributed decommissioned books from the library fund to our readers for free. The campaign included books on social sciences, computer science, economics and management, office work and various dictionaries. Many books have found new owners, and we hope that they will benefit our readers. Also, an art therapy zone was organized for students, where they could paint pictures in their free time. The participants actively painted a lot of pictures, left their wishes and suggestions on the information board, expressed gratitude. In the future, the library plans to hold such events more often.
