KBTU Alumni together with KBTU StudEx are launching the KBTU Mentorship Club project.

This is a unique mentoring program from graduates and students of KBTU.
 

Mentorship program is a project that reveals the mentoring potential of graduates and students. The KBTU Alumni Association becomes a link between graduates of different generations and students. Students can take the experience of graduates, and professionals can share career advice and expert knowledge with young professionals.

Mentorship program of the KBTU Alumni Association was created on a voluntary basis in order to:

• organize communication between generations of successful graduates and students;
• increase the loyalty of a society in terms of our university;
• give the opportunity to former students of KBTU to be involved in the life of the university;
• help young, talented students achieve their goals;
• create a new community of professionals;
• create cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to create MVP, FIT + FEF + FEOGI

What does the program give the student?

• Understanding the situation on the labor market
• Improving the quality of education
• A sense of confidence and an understanding of how to build a career, develop own business
• A positive example of how to achieve goals and overcome difficulties
• A boost of motivation and self-confidence
• Professional skills and soft-skills
• Useful acquaintances
• Systematically and consciously build the trajectory of their own development and employment

A student can choose a mentor from both graduates and students of KBTU.
