A delegation of Delft University of Technology visited the Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU) on 23rd July 2019 and met with KBTU’s senior management and faculty members. The Delegation also visited KBTU laboratories and other facilities during a tour of the University.
Delft University of Technology is the oldest and largest technical university in the Netherlands. It was founded in 1842 in the city of Delft. Two graduates of Delft University are Nobel Prize winners in physics and chemistry. Currently, there are 16000 students and 2600 research assistants including 200 professors at Delft University.
KBTU Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Gulzada Shakulikova and senior faculty members greeted the guests and held discussions with them on mutual cooperation. The both sides shared information about their universities in form of presentations.
