Dear students, we are pleased to announce the start of the KBTU Alumni Scholarship award competition!
As you know, the KBTU Alumni Association in cooperation with the KBTU Endowment Corporate Foundation, annually allocates scholarships to talented KBTU students.
So, applications are accepted from January 13 to January 26, till 11:59 PM (Astana time). The results of the competition will be published on January 30.
The procedure for conducting:
1. Studendts collect the necessary documents and send them to the post office This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
2.The manager confirms the correctness of the accepted Applications and the accuracy of the information provided in them.
3. After confirmation, the Application has the status "Confirmed".
4. Incorrectly executed Applications, as well as those containing false information, have the status "Rejected" and are not confirmed by the Manager and students are not allowed to participate in the Competition.
5. The notification is sent to the corporate mail of the participant of the contest, from which the documents were submitted, within a few days after submission.
Required documents:
1. Application of the established sample (Appendix No. 1);
2. Statement of Responsibility (Appendix 2);
3. Transcript;
4. Motivation letter – at least 100 words "Why exactly am I worthy of a scholarship?" (language: to choose from – Kaz, Rus, English)
5. Documentary evidence of one (or several) of these categories, if any: orphan, disabled person, disabled parents and/or retired parents. (Mandatory criteria for the competition for socially vulnerable students)
6. Certificate of family composition (A mandatory document for students from large families).
Additional documents (if available): copies of documents certifying participation in competitions, Olympiads, etc.; copies of scientific publications.

Requirements for students:
• study at the KBTU Bachelor's degree program;
• absence of disciplinary violations in KBTU for the current academic year;
• no criminal record and/or administrative penalties.
