On December 21, 2022, a solemn graduation of the program "7M04107 Business Administration for Executives EMBA " took place at KBTU.

Under the agreement between JSC "Kazakhstan-British Technical University" and JSC "Ozenmunaigas" 11 graduates successfully completed their studies.

The EMBA program is a new level of management education for owners, top executives of companies, members of directors and heads of departments.

The goal of the program is to develop leadership, management, and communication projects, as well as the personal qualities of students. This methodology, conducted under the guidance of experienced teachers and mentors, demonstrates clear benefits for students and is valuable for their work, leading to recognition, rewards and career growth.

During their studies, graduates have mastered a number of disciplines, for example:

• Finance for executives;

• Leadership and motivation;

• Project management based on the Agile approach;

• Business research and others.

The rector of the university Gabdullin Maratbek Tulebergenovich made a congratulatory speech and presented diplomas to the graduates. Next, a tour was held, the scientific, practical and educational laboratories, simulators of the university were shown - there graduates can continue their study as part of continuing education in advanced training courses.
