Dear University Students!

I would like to inform all of you that April 23, 2021 is my last day as the Rector, Chairman of the Executive Board of KBTU JSC. I am leaving the post of Rector of our University in connection with my transfer to another place of employment. Now my new position is the Chief Director of the KAZENERGY Association.

In recent years, KBTU has achieved great results: the contingent of students has significantly increased, including foreign students; we have grown in postgraduate education; new promising educational programs have been opened at all levels of university education.

Today KBTU is a partner of leading companies in the spheres of oil and gas, IT, consulting, and banking sectors, as well as our university collaborates with many foreign universities. Over the years, innovative projects have been implemented and many student initiatives have been realized.

All this was accomplished thanks to the well-coordinated work of our scientists, teachers, all university staff, students, master and doctoral students.

KBTU will have many more achievements, discoveries, breakthrough projects ahead. I strongly believe that the KBTU students will always be the best, who will proudly bear the title “KBTU Student” and continue to impress with their successes not only Kazakhstani, but also the world community.

Dear students, I hope you will carefully preserve the traditions of our university, follow the corporate culture, and boldly go towards your dream!
