A career-oriented Forum organized by KPI (Kazakhstan Petroleum Industries) company, where the Kazakh-British Technical University management participated took place on February 28 in Atyrau.
The Forum was dedicated to the issues of training and retraining the personnel for the gas chemical industry of Kazakhstan.
“Today’s business needs people not only with knowledge, but with skills and competencies, therefore, KBTU is oriented at the way where a graduate obtains specialist’s certificates with certain set of competencies and skills besides the diploma of higher education” —KBTU rector Kenzhebek Ibrashev noted in his report at the forum.
Also, the university suggested that the industrial companies cooperate with KBTU in training personnel for the development of gas chemical complex of the RoK.
