Academic mobility 2020-2021

Dear students!

Hereby we inform that a competition on academic mobility of the MES RoK for the 2020-2021 academic year, has been announced. There are 16 quota places allotted for KBTU (4 places for the European universities, 11 places – for South-East Asia and 1 place for the USA). Funding covers transfer, visa fee, insurance and lodging within the frames of the established regulations of the MES RoK with the ensuing accountability.

Process of selection:

  • The main selection of students will be conducted by the MES RoK; the university provides only collecting and submission of the documents
  • According to this program, students of the 1st and 2nd years of the Bachelor’s program, without any disciplinary penalties, financial and academic debts can be forwarded for education in the foreign universities

Required documentation:

  1. Copy of RoK citizen passport
  2. Documents on education: transcript on the current academic performance verified by the University stamp (GPA 3.5)
  3. Document verifying the language reference level:

- certificate, obtained via international systems of foreign language assessment, if any (IELTS/TOEFL not lower than B2)

- letter from the foreign university on consent to admit a certain student with the existing level of the foreign language

- KBTU assessment result (not lower than B2)

  1. For students under age, written consent of the parents/custodians/ legal representatives
  2. Document on the family composition confirming the multi-child parenting
  3. Document, confirming the disability of the student
  4. Document confirming absence of the student’s (orphan’s) parents

The entire package of the documents must be provided in the written form in 2 copies within the period until February 17, 2020 to the Department of international cooperation (office 427), daily from 10:30 to 12:30.
