We invite you to the guest lecture «Fundamentals of Mediation and the Role of the Mediator in Dispute Resolution». In the lecture, you will learn about an innovative method of conflict resolution and master ways to prevent conflicts. The speaker of the guest lecture will be Zhandilda Zhakupov, head of the NGO «International Human Rights Center» and general director of the ALE «Association of Mediators of Kazakhstan».
