On April 22, 2024, the Kazakh-British Technical University and the University of Salerno signed a memorandum of cooperation. As part of this agreement, a dual degree PhD program was launched in the fields of "Project Management" (Business School), "Internet of Things," and "Cybersecurity" (School of Information Technology and Engineering).
KBTU PhD students have the opportunity to study for 12 months at the University of Salerno free of charge, conducting research under the guidance of scientists from the University of Salerno.
The good news is that the Doctoral Council of the University of Salerno approved the candidacies of three PhD students from the School of Information Technology and Engineering and one PhD student from the Business School. This cooperation provides students with a unique opportunity to obtain a second degree from one of Europe's leading universities. Congratulations to Diana Serikbai, Noor Nabi Dahar, Duisek Bermagambet, and Kuanishbek Abdurazak!
