On April 16, 2024, the Chairman of the Board of the Kazakhstan Agency for International Development "KazAID" Arystanov A.K. and the Banking Ombudsman of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurpeisov D.K. visited KBTU to discuss promising areas of cooperation.

Arystanov A.K. spoke about the activities of KazAID and highlighted the importance of strengthening regional cooperation through the exchange of experience and achievements in the field of digitalization. One of the main directions of the partnership between KazAID and KBTU will be the development and implementation of short-term courses for civil servants in Central Asia and Mongolia within the framework of the agency's programs aimed at improving access to quality education for young people in the region.

Banking Ombudsman Nurpeisov D.K. expressed readiness to work together on projects in the field of automation of financial processes in order to improve the efficiency of managing a large volume of data and queries. Automated systems will allow you to respond more quickly to customer and bank requests, reducing the time for reviewing complaints and questions.

The parties expressed confidence in the successful development of the partnership and its significant contribution to the innovative development of Kazakhstan.
