On November 24-28, 2023, in Atyrau, the Department of Professional Programs conducted training for employees of “Embamunaigas” JSC in 2 courses of the Budget Management training program:
- The course "Budget Management Technologies" (24 hours).
- The course "Risk-based analysis of the company's budget (workshop)" (16 hours).
The Case Study Workshop training format and the professionalism of the business coach allowed the students to gain new experience in identifying business process risks based on management reporting data.
The courses were conducted by PhD Karshalova A.D., a practicing consultant and auditor with international professional qualifications CIMA, CIA, ACCA Diploma.
