Friendship Visit: China's petroleum sector elite visited KBTU to strengthen cooperation.

On October 13, a delegation from the Chinese petroleum industry with representatives of China Petroleum University (Beijing) visited KBTU to strengthen friendly ties and discuss prospects for cooperation in education.

"Cooperation with Chinese oil companies gives us the opportunity to implement scientific projects, and partnership with China Petroleum University creates conditions for sharing experience and creating joint educational programs," said KBTU Rector Maratbek Tulebergenovich. The implementation of dual-diploma educational programs will allow students to receive diplomas from two universities simultaneously, which will give them additional competitive advantages in the labor market and expand their employment opportunities.

The guests were able to get acquainted with Kazakh traditions and dishes, and also had a tour of laboratories within the walls of the university.
