4th-year students of KBTU Business School, Aru Abuova and Farzona Kadyrova, have won the International Student Showcase competition organized by the American Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). The KBTU team participated in the regional-level competition, which included Europe, the Middle East, Asia (excluding parts of South and Southeast Asia), Africa, and Oceania. They were then selected as the winners among other teams from the 11 geographic regions of ACBSP worldwide. The students have received a stipend to travel and present their project, titled «Strategic Alliance of University and Industry from the Students' Point of View», in person at the ACBSP Annual Conference in Chicago on June 30, 2023.

KBTU Business School has been accredited by ACBSP since 2019, and this recognition and achievement once again confirm the international standard of education at Kazakh British Technical University. Furthermore, KBTU will be hosting the ACBSP Region 8 conference in Almaty from November 29th to December 1st, 2023. More details will be provided in the future.
