On May 26-28, the Kazakh-British Technical University hosted an exciting Web3 hackathon - «Decentrathon» - the largest event in the global blockchain industry. The hackathon brought together more than 1,200 participants from 9 regions of the country. The event was supported by such international technology parks and organizations as Astana Hub, Blockchain Center, Binance Kazakhstan, and BNB Chain.

On May 26, the participants of the hackathon were presented with competitive tasks. Each team worked on design solutions that corresponded to the tasks set for three days. On May 28, the hackathon participants presented their solutions to the jury. Their presentations were interesting and impressive, showcasing the creativity and innovative ideas of each team.

The results of the hackathon will be announced in June 2023, and the winners will be awarded a significant prize pool of $10,000. This creates an additional incentive for participants to continue to develop their skills and strive for success in the field of blockchain technologies.
