Two teams from Kazakhstan reached the finals of the Google Solution Challenge world hackathon. Every year, university students propose solutions to global problems using one or more Google products or platforms as part of the Google Solution Challenge. The hackathon is dedicated to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.

In 2023, 5 thousand teams from different countries submitted applications. The two teams representing Kazakhstan are BeJomart and ReVita. The BeJomart project was developed by KBTU students Altair Kabdrakhmanov, Azat Amen, Dina Kaziyeva and Aknur Kapparova. Their project is aimed at combating inequality. The ReVita project was developed by KBTU students Dinmukhamed Nuran and Ansar Serikbayev and Nazarbayev University students Dias Baimukhanov and Madiyar Moldabayev. This is an application to help patients recover after organ transplant and emotional coping.

Congratulations to our students and we wish them victory in the Google Solution Challenge hackathon!
