Acceptance of documents for study within the framework
of academic mobility at the expense of budgetary funds from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan
in the autumn semester of the 2023-2024 academic year
Accepting applications until May 16, 2023 (inclusive)
The number of grants: 4 places in European partner universities, and 2 places in Malaysia partner universities.

Who can participate: students of 2-3 years of bachelor’s studies studying on a state educational grant with a GPA above 2.5 and an English language level of at least B2 (Upper - intermediate).
The decision on the distribution of grants is made by the public commission.

The country and university of study will be finally determined after the selection of grant holders by a public commission.
To participate, you must provide the following documents:
- Copy of the passport;
- Official transcript of current academic performance (obtained from the Registrar's Office);
- A document confirming the level of foreign language proficiency (the applicant provides one of the following documents):
- IELTS certificate 5.5 and above,
- Certificate from the Basic Faculty with a level not lower than B2 (to obtain a certificate, the applicant applies to the Basic Faculty - room 333, with a transcript indicating the level B2 and above. For those who have a level below, the interview will not be conducted);
- Application for participation in the competition for studying abroad (download the form at the link Questionnaire and application for traveling abroad.docx);
- Questionnaire of a person leaving to study abroad (download the form at the link Questionnaire and application of a person leaving abroad.docx);
- A document on the composition of the family, to confirm the student's family with many children (if any);
- A document confirming the absence of the student's parents (for the category of students belonging to orphans or students left without parental care (if any);
- A document confirming the student's disability (if available).
Please submit documents in 1 folder (plastic, with a transparent top), placed in an envelope marked “Academic mobility” and indicating your full name and speciality in room 426.
Documents are accepted until May 16, 2023, inclusive.
