On April 28, KBTU hosted a lecture on bone marrow donation «In each of us there is a cure for cancer! Save a life - become a bone marrow donor!».

Representatives of the National Register of Bone Marrow Donors of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republican Blood Center, as well as LLP «Design Institute» Promstroyproject» told about the experience of the National and foreign registers of GSK donors.

The meeting was attended by employees, faculty and students of the university. After the lecture, those who wished were allowed to register in the National Register of Bone Marrow Donors of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as a result, 15 representatives of KBTU joined the ranks of potential donors.
