On April 13, 2023, Hamlet Isakhanli visited KBTU. Hamlet Isakhanli is an Azerbaijani public figure, mathematician and founder of the Khazar University in Baku. As a result of the meeting, Khazar University and KBTU decided to establish cooperation in the fields of science and education. Khazar University is recognized as one of the best private universities in Azerbaijan and trains students in four areas at the bachelor’s, master's and PhD levels.
