March 29, 2023, KBTU signed a memorandum with Tallinn University of Technology. During the meeting, the rector of KBTU Gabdullin M.T. and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Hendrik Voll agreed to cooperate in the following areas:

• Jointly organize seminars, winter/summer schools and other scientific meetings;
• Exchange materials and information on those scientific areas in which the Parties have mutual interests;
• Make an exchange of teachers, scientists, and master's degree students of universities for training and research in the field of data science and materials science.
