STEP KBTU courses are English language courses with further issuance of a language certificate.

The main study is carried out in the application for learning English. To consolidate the materials and discuss issues, it will be held in offline lessons for 1 hour 2 times a week: for participants from Almaty from 15 to 20 people in offline classes (within the walls of KBTU); for participants from other cities in mini-groups (8-10 people each) online.

Double testing of participants to determine the level of language proficiency and distribution into groups at the beginning, and, if participants meet the level requirements, a second test at the end of the course to issue a certificate of completion of the level under the international language standard of the European organization CEFR.
