January 31, 2023, KBTU within the framework of the road-show MBA «Financial risk management», EMBA «Strategic risk management», and EMBA «Business administration for
leaders» held a webinar by Marina Mikhailenko on the topic «Time to be Agile». Risk management and the Agile philosophy are the facets of a new management culture when the conditions of the uncertain business environment require a risk-oriented agile way of thinking.
A webinar speaker is a person with a great practical, research and teaching background, so the ideas on Agile transformation that the speaker shared during the webinar were very interesting in the context of the possibility of their practical application. The webinar gathered a large audience of students of undergraduate, masters and doctoral programs. The leaders and staff of KBTU also took part in this event.
