Number of grants: 8 places in European partner universities, 2 places in Malaysian partner universities.

 

What the grant covers: flight to the country of study and back, visa fee, insurance, housing.

 

Who can participate: undergraduate 2 or 3 year students studying on a state educational grant with GPA 2.5 and above, and an English language level of at least B2 (Upper - Intermediate).

The decision on the scholarships awarded is made by the public commission.

 

Required documents:

1) Copy of passport;

2) Official transcript (obtained from the Registrar's Office);

3) A document confirming the level of knowledge of a foreign language (the applicant provides one of the following documents):

- IELTS certificate (5.5 and above),

- A certificate from the General Education Faculty with a level not lower than B2 (needs to be obtained at 333 room, after showing a transcript indicating the level B2 and above. For those with a lower level, an interview will not be provided);

4) Application for the competition (download the form on the Uninet);

5) Questionnaire for the student (download the form on the Uninet);

6) A document on the family composition, to confirm the student's large family (if any);

7) A document confirming the absence of the student's parents (for the category of orphans or students left without parental care (if any);

8) A document confirming the student's disability (if available).

9) Form №072/у medical certificate (for those travelling abroad) 

 

Please submit documents in 1 folder (plastic, with a transparent top), enclosed in an envelope marked "Academic Mobility" and indicate the full name, faculty and the specialty, to the university office: KBTU, 59 Tole bi Str., 5th floor, room 511. Documents are accepted until April 21, 2022.
