The Kazakh-British Technical University and the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory together with the Henley Business School, Reading University within the framework of the Creative Spark program (British Council) announce the opening of a competition for the best startup ideas in the creative industry.
The competition is part of the implementation of the project for the Creation of a Creative Enterprise Hub in Kazakhstan, funded by the British Council. The main goal of the project is to develop the first Creative Enterprise Hub in Central Asia, which aims to develop a sustainable ecosystem for supporting the creative industry and start-up culture in the region.
The competition is open in the following areas:
- Advertising and marketing
- Architecture
- Decorative and applied arts and crafts
- Design
- Movie
- Information and telecommunications, software and computer services
- Publishing
- Movie
- Museums, galleries and libraries:
- Music, performing and visual arts.

The deadline for submitting applications is February 21, 2021 (23:59 Nur-Sultan time). Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
