By the Day of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the First Vice-Rector of KBTU, PhD, Maratbek Gabdullin was awarded the presidential medal «25 years of the Constitution of Kazakhstan».

This state award was established in order to encourage citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign citizens who have made a significant contribution to ensuring the rule of the Constitution, the formation and development of the constitutional foundations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the protection of constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen, as well as to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
