Victor Orlovsky is the founder and managing partner of R136 Ventures, a unique investment company specializing in mid — and late-stage startups in the USA, Israel and Dubai.

Victor managed a portfolio of 420 million dollars, which was placed in more than 30 companies. He is also an angel investor with a portfolio of more than 40 companies and an advisor. With a track record of successful exits, including two IPO and numerous acquisitions of Fortune 500 companies, Victor has gained a solid reputation as an innovator in the startup ecosystem. Prior to founding R136, Victor was the founder and managing partner of Fort Ross Ventures.

Victor pays special attention to fintech, machine learning, artificial intelligence, marketplace, Internet of things and high-performance OT platforms. The use of technology to optimize infrastructure remains the main focus, stimulating innovation and efficiency in various sectors.

Prior to his entrepreneurial activity, Victor had a successful career as a technical director and built one of the largest digital banks in Europe. In this position, he has implemented a significant digital transformation that has pushed the industry as a whole into the digital age.
