The speaker is Sabit Khakimzhanov, an authoritative expert in the field of financial markets, investment analytics, monetary and fiscal regulation. Sabit Khakimzhanov has an impressive experience in professional, managerial, research and teaching activities:

- worked as a manager of USAID economic projects in Central Asia, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "Halyk Finance";

- Advised the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the International Labor Organization;

he taught "Economics" at Bilkent University (Turkey) and KIMEP;

holds degrees: PhD from the University of Minnesota and PhD in Technical Sciences;

Currently, he is an Adviser to the Chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
