Academic Mobility financed from the republican budget of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan


Selection process:

  1. The main selection of students will be undertaken by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the university will only collect and send documents.
  2. Under this programme, all 1st and 2nd year students of the Bachelor's programme who do not have disciplinary sanctions, financial and academic debts can be sent to study at partner universities.
  3. Required documents:

1) Copy of the passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan

2) Education documents: a transcript of current performance certified by the university seal (GPA score 3.5)

3) Document confirming the level of knowledge of a foreign language:

- a certificate obtained through international systems for assessing knowledge of a foreign language, if any (IELTS / TOEFL not lower than B2 level);

- a letter of consent of a foreign university to accept a student with an existing level of a foreign language;

Test result of KBTU (not lower than level B2)

4) For minors, written consent of parents / guardians / legal representatives

5) A document on the composition of the family, to confirm the large families

6) Document, confirming student disability

7) A document, confirming the absence of parents from the student (orphan)
