Personnel Development Department is a structural division of Kazakhstan-British Technical University JSC (hereinafter referred to as KBTU).
The purpose of the Personnel Development Department is the realization of personnel policy in KBTU.
Personnel Development Department sets following tasks:
1) increasing the labor efficiency of employees.
2) attracting professionals.
3) search, selection, evaluation, training, professional development of personnel, formation of a personnel reserve, development of corporate culture at KBTU.
4) ensuring effective adaptation of personnel in the workplace.
5) compliance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
