On June 14, 2022, a solemn ceremony of signing a trilateral cooperation agreement between JANSER HR & AGADEMY, TÜV Rheinland Academy and KBTU was held, aimed at cooperation in the implementation of educational programs according to European standards, certification and employment of trainees, and certificates were awarded to Afghan trainees who studied under the UNDP program at the ISO 45001 Awareness: Promote course Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S).
On the part of JANSER HR & ACADEMY and TÜV Rheinland Academy, the meeting was attended by Sergey Serebryansky - Head, founder of the Janser Group of companies, Ms. Kaiser K. – Head of international projects of the Academy & Life Care TÜV Rheinland Akademie, Kaidarova Indira - Project Manager of Janser HR&Academy LTD in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
KBTU was represented by Gabdullin Maratbek Tulebergenovich - Rector (Chairman of the Management Board), Ibrayev Arman Muratovich - Managing Director for Additional Education and Business Development, Akzhalova Assel Zholdasovna - Head of Project Groups, Batryshev Didar Galymovich - Managing Director of the Department of Science and Innovation, Amirbekova Diana Kairatovna - Managing Director of the Department of Strategic Development and Internationalization, Mukhamedova Karina Rustamovna – General Director of KBTU Institute of Engineering and Information Technologies LLP, Bekov Nazar Bakhytkereevich - Director of the Department of Additional Education.
Maratbek Tulebergenovich stressed the importance of innovative training solutions, the introduction of international practices, technical know-how and opportunities for students to acquire a wide range of engineering and technical qualifications of TÜV Rheinland.
Dr. Sergey Serebryansky, the head and founder of the Janser Group of companies, outlined the future prospects for joint work and fruitful cooperation in the field of education.
Within the framework of the meeting, an introductory tour of the university was held for German representatives with a demonstration of the KBTU Independence Hall, Honeywell educational and practical laboratories, a Simulator class of the Kazakhstan Maritime Academy of KBTU, Nanotechnology Laboratories and the Halyk Cybersecurity Laboratory.
The parties agreed to cooperate in order to develop joint promising areas of education and the implementation of professional technical programs for young people and advanced training programs for existing professionals. Digital technologies influence the emergence of new professions related to Industry 4.0 and digitalization of business processes. KBTU, as the leader among universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of IT, has agreed with Janser HR Academy to conduct joint training courses in these areas.
